Phil Bulone is a dynamic speaker and trainer who has been in the field of alcohol and substance abuse
prevention and counseling specializing in working with clients involved in the criminal justice system. As a retired detective
from the New York City Police Department, Phil has seen the horrors of alcohol and drug abuse. His real life stories and experiences
make his presentations realistic and eye opening. He is a Certified Prevention Professional, Certified Anger Resolution Therapist,
Certified in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention and holds a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. Phil has worked with
addicted clients at the Drug Abuse Treatment Assocation, the Palm Beach Sheriff's Office Drug Farm Program, the Comprehensive
Addiction & Rehabilitaion Education Inc., the Salvation Army Center of Hope, the Drug Abuse Foundation and the Huntington,
Long Island, Youth Bureau. He served 10 years as a faculty member at the Hanley Center in West Palm Beach,
Florida and is currently an Adjunct Instructor in the Criminal Justice Program at South University in Royal Palm Beach,
Florida. Phil has served on the New York State Senate Sub-Committee on Alcohol and Drugs and also servedon the Board of the
