A reality based parent workshop, based on Phil Bulone's book of the same name, describes why kids become delinquents. Learn the signs and symptons of juvenile delinquency and what you, as a parent must do to prevent your child from becoming a delinquent. This is also an excellent program for social workers, teachers and law enforement officers working with kids.
Working with Resistent Clients
Most clients referred for mental health or substance abuse services are not volunteers. Many are ordered through the criminal court system. These clients are often resistent to treatment. This workshop discusses how to use Narrative and Motivational Interviewing techniques.
Workplace Violence, Aggression and Client Anger Control
Menatal Health and Substance Abuse Counselors are at a high risk for assualt, rape, and even murder by clients. Learn how to profile a potential aggressive and dangerous client and how to "talk down," a violent client.

Many of those incarcerated in jails, prsions and detention centers have mental disorders. This workshop will describe the most common disorders, how to recognize them and how to handle a client that may have the disorder.

This intense workshop describes what can happen to a victim of domestic violence, the signs and symptoms of a potential victim and perpetrator, why women don't leave and much more. This program is based on the facilitators many experiences of responding to domestic violence calls as a police officer. A must attend program for social workers
 and police officers.

A motivational program for people in recovery. Can be presented in substance abuse treatment centers, jails, prisons and aftercare programs.
